At Mochi-Bun land, your happiness with your new cuddly friend is most important to us! Though we constantly work to ensure every one of our customers loves their purchase, we understand that things might not always go smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So if you weren’t content with your order, we\u2019d love the chance to make things right. We\u2019ve laid out our easy, step-by-step Returns process<\/strong><\/a> below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OUR RETURNS PROCESS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Return Eligibility<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

(A) We offer a 14-day return window<\/strong> from the date of delivery for eligible items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(B) Returns, refunds, and\/or replacements are accepted<\/strong> for the following reasons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Incorrect item received<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Missing item from order<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Item has manufacturing defect or design flaw<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Item arrived damaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Packaging and item both damaged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      (C) Please note that returns, refunds, and\/or replacements are not accepted<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Change of mind reasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Accidental orders or order errors<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Final Sale or Clearance items with specific defects disclosed before purchase<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Custom or Special orders that are as described and in good condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          (D) For incorrect items<\/strong> received, the returned item should be unopened, unused, fully intact, and in original condition<\/strong>. It should have, where applicable but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • The original vacuum-sealed packaging intact<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • All original tags attached<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • All included post-purchase cards, gifts, or extras<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            (E) For damaged\/defective items<\/strong>, we will assess whether the issue is classified as major or minor, then offer an appropriate solution. We will either:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Send you a replacement free of charge, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Offer a full or partial refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Each solution depends on the nature and extent of the issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
