Additionally when you make a purchase, attempt to make a purchase, or provide any post-purchase reviews through the Site, we collect certain information from you. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. All Order Information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate for us to fulfil your order properly. This includes:
- Your name, billing address, shipping address and email address. Additionally, cookies may be set up in instances such as when you leave a review on our site and opt-in to saving your name and email address etc. These cookies are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another review, and will last for one year.
- Your login / account details. Additionally, when you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
- Payment information. This is securely collected through third-party external payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe) that we are not responsible for in any way. We strictly do not personally store or share your payment information with anyone, and will never ask you through any form of contact to share any sensitive information with us.
- Reviews / Comments / Feedback. When you leave any reviews on the Site its data will be fed through an automated spam detection service, collected and made visible to the public. If you also upload any images to the Site these will also be made public. You should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included as visitors to the Site can download and extract location data from the images online.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about both Device Information and Order Information. Visitors are always free to refuse the supplying of any personally-identifying information, acknowledging however the drawback that it will prevent them from engaging in certain key e-commerce activities.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

DATA RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHTS
If you have created an account on this site, placed an order or left reviews / comments, we will maintain your Order Information for our records. If you leave a review / comment, the review and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue to check for verified customers.
These information will be stored for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information – you can email your request that we erase any Personal Information we store about you. These do not however include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. You can alternatively request to receive an exported file on any Personal Information we store about you.
