We believe everyone needs something huggable that makes their world a cuter place and sparks joy in their daily grind of life 🌟 That’s why we’ve created these oblong-shaped little squishbutts – for all of us to instil some soft squishy goodness & cute cuddly comfort into our everyday mundanity!

Our Mochi-Buns are 100% original, exclusive designs brewed in our very own Aussie home. We wanted something adorably awesome that the young’uns would enjoy snuggling, and as a plus for us kidults, something that also doubled as neck and lumbar support for our everyday grind ₍₍ ᕕ(⌐■‿■)ᕗ ⁾⁾

Then of course we had to make our Mochi-Buns the cutest little animals, because we’re big lovers of furry friends here but unfortunately can’t have them all as pets (｡•́︿•̀｡) With Mochi-Buns though, now we can have them all ٩(♥▿♥)۶ !

The name Mochi-Bun comes from wanting to create cuddly companions for all ages that are squishy-soft and stretchy like mochi, plus longish-shaped like bread loaves / buns for both kids and adults to wrap their arms around comfortably.

Hence! 🍡 + 🍞🥖 = Mochi-Bun!

Hmm… Love, teehee (´˵•⩊•˵`)💛 — but that’s not all. Inside, they’re filled with 100% soft, durable polyester fibres for max squishiness and joy.

Outside, their velvety soft and smooth fabric consists of 95% polyester and 5% spandex to give you those stretchy-squishy hugs!

We know you’re excited to squeeze your new mochi pillows, and we can’t wait to give them a new home! 💌 So here’s what happens next:

Your order will be processed within approx. 1–2 business days. This means we’ll be tucking your Mochi-Buns to sleep in their lil’ satchel, packing it full of love and joy, and preparing to post it to you!

As soon as your order has been dispatched to our couriers and sent on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your parcel tracking link. Please note it can take up to 48hrs for your tracking info to be updated on the courier’s website/app.

Then, just sit back and relax till your squishy new friend arrives at the door! 🐾 See the delivery times for each region below and start the cuddle countdown ٩(♥▿♥)۶

We really appreciate your patience during these times, and recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment!

We typically take 1–2 business days to process and dispatch your order. Once your package has been shipped out, these are the estimated delivery times per region as provided by our couriers:

NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT metro & major cities:
2–5 business days

WA, SA, TAS, NT metro & major cities:
4–8 business days

All other regional areas:
6–12 business days

Remote areas & islands:
13–20+ business days

📦 Opening Your Package:

When your Mochi-Buns arrive, please open the mailer bag gently via the adhesive flap. Avoid using scissors/sharp tools to cut into the bag so the little one doesn’t get hurt (｡•́︿•̀｡) !

Inside, your Mochi-Buns will be snoozing snugly in their vacuum-sealed bags. Carefully cut just below the seal to poof ’em up and release them from their slumber.

Don’t worry if they look a little squished at first, that’s normal! Just give them some time and extra cuddly lovin’ – this will fluff ’em up fully after their long travels! (´˵•⩊•˵`)

🧼 Spot Cleaning / Removing Stains:

1. Mix a drop of mild, fragrance-free detergent with room temperature water in a bowl.
2. Dip a soft, neutral-coloured cloth into the mixture and lightly dab (not rub!) the stain.
3. You can also try fragrance-free baby wipes, or a gentle stain remover pen (test on a hidden area first).
4. Once the stain is removed, dab the area gently with a fresh damp cloth to remove all detergent residue.
5. Press the area gently with a paper towel to remove any excess water.
6. Dry your Mochi-Bun fully according to the instructions below.

⚠️ Do not scrub aggressively or use fabric softeners, bleach, optical brighteners, alcohol-based cleaners, enzyme-based cleaners, or other harsh detergents. These can damage their fabric and stuffing!

⚠️ Always try spot-cleaning first before moving to a full wash.

👏🏼 Hand Washing (*Recommended):

1. Fill up a basin with room temperature water (never hot!).
2. Mix in a small amount of mild, fragrance-free detergent.
3. Soak your Mochi-Bun briefly and lightly press (don’t wring!) to release dirt.
4. Use a soft, neutral-coloured cloth to gently dab/wipe dirtier areas.
5. Rinse thoroughly with cool water until no soap remains.
6. After washing, roll your Mochi-Bun in a towel, press gently to remove all excess water, and dry according to the instructions below.

⚠️ Do not use fabric softeners, bleach, optical brighteners, alcohol-based cleaners, enzyme-based cleaners, or other harsh detergents.

🎛️ Machine Washing (*Only if needed):

1. Place your Mochi-Bun in a mesh laundry bag or neutral-coloured pillowcase, and zip/tie it up securely.
2. Add towels to the wash for extra cushioning and to balance the load.
3. Set washer to a delicate cycle with low spin speed, or skip spin if possible.
4. Select only room temperature or max 30°C water.
5. Use only a mild, fragrance-free detergent.
6. After washing, roll your Mochi-Bun in a towel, press gently (don’t wring!) to remove all excess water, and dry according to the instructions below.

⚠️ Do not use fabric softeners, bleach, optical brighteners, alcohol-based cleaners, enzyme-based cleaners, or other harsh detergents.

🌀 Drying:

1. Air dry only in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat.
2. Lay them flat on a drying rack for best results.
3. Pat, fluff, and mould while damp to restore original shape.
4. Flip occasionally for even drying.

⚠️ Do not hang/peg them up solely by their ears, limbs, or tail while damp and heavy. This can stretch their fabric or damage their stitching!

⚠️ Do not wring dry, tumble dry, iron, dry clean, or use a hairdryer or heater. Prolonged heat and rough handling will hurt your Mochi-Buns! ヾ(°д° ”)ﾉ゛

In short, keep everything cool, soft, and gentle. Your happy pet plushies will thank you! 💛

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. Returns are accepted for: Incorrect, Missing, Damaged, or Defective items. (We’re really sorry if these have happened — we know it’s frustrating and we’ll work to fix it!)
